A housebuilder established in 2021 and based in the North East of England. We offer a cradle-to-grave management solution – including sourcing land, securing planning and carrying out all construction works.
The core focus of our business is housebuilding, predominantly via land led deals but we also carry out contracting works for clients to build out full developments, from heras fencing the site to handing over completed plots to clients. We also carry out some specialist works such as renovating existing buildings to provide supported living accommodation and school fit outs of bathrooms and kitchens.
