Through our joint venture (JV) model we identify and appraise land opportunities to suit a specific range of needs and/or budget limitations, analysing each to verify that they meet the minimum criteria. This includes, but is not limited to profit margin, buildability, planning restrictions, engineering constraints, saleability, risk and initial investment required.

We then match these schemes with clients who can then sign up to a JV agreement and put forward the level of investment previously agreed in return for a strong return on initial investment upon completion. In return for your initial investment, we manage every part of the journey, from design through to completion making your venture into construction a lot less daunting.

We are not limited to any particular type of housing, the construction of apartments or even non-residential projects would be appraised and considered too. We can also make JVs accessible to clients at a surprisingly affordable level, dependant on the opportunities available at the time.

The range of services covered are as follows:

Land – Locating and identifying a suitable site for development
Planning – Working with our architect and local authority to attain planning permission
Appraisal – A full feasibility study will be completed which will develop into a budget
Design/Constraints – Engineering work and overcoming technical challenges
Legals – Going through due diligence, and formally securing the development.
Construction Management – Producing a build programme and managing quality.
Completion – Signing off on the finished development and working with either the local authority or a management company to ensure all infrastructure is adopted.
